Product Description
The preform removal machine is specially designed for the removal of 350cc-1500cc preforms. It can be applied to various types of preform injection machines from 200 tons to 600 tons, and the preforms can be taken out; it can be taken from a mold of 16 holes to 48 points. Installed on the fixing plate, the preform is placed outside the rear safety door after removal. A cooling system is attached to the fixture, and the preform is forced to be air-cooled after being taken out. The large symbol shortens the cooling time in the mold and increases the output. AC servo motor drive for ultra-fast removal.
The fixture can be selected by multiple stations, one station (P1)\two stations (P2)\three stations (P3); the optional water cooling device can greatly improve production efficiency.
